How do I place an order online on frannye.com?

Add any item(s) to your order by clicking "Add to Cart". After your secure checkout, you will be asked to enter your customer information and to select your preferred method of shipping. You can then select your preferred payment method. You can pay with your paypal account or with any credit card as a paypal guest. You will receive full confirmation and shipping notifications.

How are Franny E pieces made?

Every piece of Franny E Fine Jewelry is carefully hand-formed from scratch with simple hand tools. Beginning with alloying our own precious and semi-precious metals, pieces are cut, hammered, sanded, textured, and polished by hand. We believe in creating adornments and objects that will transcend time and become heirlooms and objects of meaning. Every piece is created by Franny and her mother with the help of local small businesses for our All That Ever Was Moon collection and the beginning forms of our Muses collection.

How do I shop online in my currency?
We have customers all over the world. Our website supports currency conversions for USD (primary), CAD, AUD, JPY, GBP, EUR, CHF, and NZD. You can switch to your preferred currency by clicking on the currency drop-down menu located at the right bottom corner of each page.

I don't know my ring size? How can I find out?

We suggest getting sized by a professional local jeweler in your area. The cost for this is typically nominal. We do not recommend online sizers.

I am located in Vancouver Canada, can I pick up my order?

At this time, we do not accommodate pick ups or private studio visits.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Yes.

I am located outside of Canada. Do I need to pay sales tax on my purchase?
There is no sales tax added to any order with a delivery address outside Canada.

Who is responsible for customs and duty fees associated with a purchase?
Import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price(s). Duties and taxes may be due upon customs clearance within your country and are out of our control.

While this is a rare occurrence, you may have an allergy to certain metals. We suggest inquiring about gold or other plating options or wearing a metal of greater purity.

We showcase and have collaborated with retailers and galleries around the world for permanent or limited capsule collections. Get in touch to see if there is a location near you.
I have a custom project in mind. Can I contact you even if there is a waitlist?

We love working with people and companies to bring projects and visions into existence. If your project has a flexible timeline, we would love to hear about your initial ideas and questions. Depending on the complexity of your project, there may be additional custom base costs. For custom communion and commitment jewelry, we suggest a timeline of six to twelve months. Rush options may be available. Please reach out and we can do our best to accommodate.

How can Franny E Fine Jewelry be available worldwide if each piece is made by hand?

We keep true to tradition. We believe in company growth while sustaining our promise that each piece is made individually with meaning and intention. Our stocklists showcase between ten to fifty pieces at a time. Our collaboration collections are often made in limited editions. A limited number of our collections utilize a lost-wax casting process, allowing for higher production quantities.

Can I use multiple discounts codes towards the same order?
Unfortunately, multiple discount codes cannot be combined or used towards sale or promotional items.

Our collections are always evolving. Some of our designs may have been archived and are no longer available. For custom inquiries or to request replica versions, please contact us.
