Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, reason for request for store credit or exchange, phone number, and shipping address.
Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale.
All item(s) returned for exchange or store credit must be in its original condition.
We cannot accept jewelry returns that have been purchased through one of our stockists. We are happy to get in touch with them directly to help you find out what is possible.
