Return Policy

In stock pieces can be returned up to 7 days upon receiving. Please email customerservice@frannyejewelry.com and provide your order number, reason for request for store credit or exchange, phone number, and shipping address.

Sale items, made-to-order pieces, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale.

We cannot accept jewelry returns that have been purchased through one of our stockists. We are happy to get in touch with them directly to help you find out what is possible.

Please note customers are responsible for shipping costs.
